After attending one of Jen Pearlman’s Pure Pearl Energy Healing & Coaching zoom events, I was inspired to do a ritual she suggested. Similar to writing on a paper and burning it, transforming it into energy and returning it back into the Universe, she suggested instead, to blow bubbles. Using your own breath to expel the thoughts, stories, habits, beliefs, etc into the bubble, it is held in a thin rainbow of water and carried on the wind until it pops and returns to the Universe. I really liked this idea as it gives you another option for rituals using different elements. So if you feel called to fire or earth, write on a paper and burn it. But if you feel more connected to water or air, this bubble ritual can be better for you.
I didn’t happen to have any bubbles on hand (despite having a seven year old) so instead I grabbed some jewelry wire and dish soap to make my own. I made the heart wand for myself and my son, once he saw me, asked for a penguin. I took on the challenge and am happy with how it turned out. (The trick was to draw the penguin on paper first, and then bend and wrap the wire accordingly.) It was a lot of fun blowing bubbles with our own personal wands and then putting them away with our crystals.
